Does my Lounger or Ottoman include filling?
All Loungers, Ottomans and Poofs are covers only and do not include filling of beans. If you would like your products to include beans and be filled please let us know at time of ordering in notes and we will advise the cost of this separately.
How many beans will it take to fill my Lounger, Ottoman or Poof?
When filling the calico inserts provided we suggest filling them in a bathtub with the plug in. The calico inserts are a little larger than the cover to allow beans to fill to all corners. Do not overfill the insert.

What does upholstery grade fabric mean?
An upholstery grade fabric is basically a fabric that is more durable than a normal high street purchased fabric. It is a fabric that has been tested and given a durability standard i.e a rub count (how many rubs it can take before it shows signs of wear and tear).
Upholstery grade fabric is the fabric of choice for commercial fit outs for restaurants, businesses, hotels etc.
A lot of our chosen fabrics are also Warwick Halo fabrics and as such are woven to precise specifications and tested to exacting standards for colourfastness, abrasion, inherent stain resistance and safety. The Halo fabrics are also resistant to pilling, mould and mildew and impervious to attack by moths, silverfish and insect pests.
So you can be rest assured that an Onyx & Smoke chosen fabric will last the test of time.
Gift Cards
Onyx and smoke gift cards are digital vouchers that can be used to purchase any Onyx and Smoke products. They can be purchased and then emailed to recipients, making them an efficient and easy-to-use option for both gift-givers and recipients.
Onyx and Smoke gift cards have a unique code that can be entered at the checkout. Once the code is entered, the gift card value will be applied to the order total. If the order exceeds the value of the gift card, the customer can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
Onyx and Smoke gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Onyx and Smoke gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you only use part of the gift card balance, the balance will remain on the card for you to use at a later date, on a future order. Any balance remaining on the gift card must be used within the initial 12 months of the date the gift card was purchased.

We have opened a Studio at 10C Hood Street, Subiaco, Western Australia!
Studio Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays 10-3pm and by appointment on other days.
Please note there is parking at the front of our Studio or accross the road underneath Coles where parking is free for 3 hours.
